These terms apply without depriving consumers of mandatory provisions applicable to them, including those of their country of habitual residence where the legal conditions for their application are met.

- eSIM: a digital SIM profile downloadable and installed on a compatible device, providing access to a connectivity service according to the selected plan.
- Plan: a prepaid right to use, within the limits shown on the product page and by the connectivity provider, a mobile connectivity offer for a set period, in a given area and with defined features.
- Product page: the page or order summary setting out the selected Plan’s coverage area, validity period, data allowance where communicated, total price, any mandatory charges, activation conditions, partner networks and known restrictions.
- Activation code: a QR code, link, manual code or other identifier enabling the download and installation of an eSIM profile.
- Provider: a third-party carrier, aggregator or connectivity provider used by Advanced SIM to deliver the Plan.
3. Scope, acceptance and capacity
Confirming an order constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Terms in force on the order date. The Customer confirms that they have read them before payment and can retain them on a durable medium.
Any special conditions displayed on a product page, in the cart, in an accepted quotation or at payment prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict, solely for the Plan concerned.
- be at least 18 years old or have the authorisation of their legal representative;
- have legal capacity to enter into the contract;
- provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- when ordering for an organisation, have the authority required to bind it.
4. Nature of the Offers and pre-contractual information
Advanced SIM sells prepaid Offers, with no recurring subscription unless expressly stated otherwise before the order. Before the order, the product page and summary display the essential available information: destination or zone, duration, validity trigger where known, stated compatibility, total price, any mandatory charges, usage limits and delivery arrangements.
Where information is not provided by the Provider, the Site states “Information not provided by the operator”. Destination visuals, general descriptions and editorial content are illustrative. Only the contractual characteristics displayed for the selected Plan at the time of ordering are binding.
- Unless otherwise stated on the product page, an Offer does not include a telephone number assigned to the Customer, voice calls or SMS, or automatic renewal.
- It does not guarantee coverage at every geographic point, or a given speed, latency, tethering availability or traffic-management policy where the Provider has not communicated that information.
5. Technical requirements, compatibility and travel preparation
Before purchase and installation, the Customer remains responsible for device compatibility, safeguarding their activation code and following the installation steps. Advanced SIM provides general guides but cannot guarantee the behaviour of every model, software version, manufacturer policy or carrier restriction.
The Customer must not delete their eSIM profile after installation without first checking the consequences indicated in their guide. An activation code may be single-use and its replacement depends on Provider rules. Where replacement is possible, Advanced SIM will state the conditions and any charges before any operation.
- check that the device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked;
- have an up-to-date operating system and a stable internet connection for the initial download;
- check that the device can store an additional eSIM profile;
- check that the destination, duration and Plan features meet their needs.
6. Catalogue, availability and accuracy of information
The displayed catalogue is based on information received from the Provider. Advanced SIM endeavours to show only available Offers and maintain accurate information. A material error, unavailability, or a change in price or features by the Provider may nevertheless occur between display and the payment attempt.
The Plan price and availability are revalidated server-side before the payment session is created. Advanced SIM may withdraw or correct a manifestly erroneous Offer, without affecting rights acquired under a properly confirmed and paid order, subject to an obvious pricing error or objective unavailability that cannot be performed.
- In the event of unavailability, a material discrepancy or a changed price, payment is not created or the order is suspended and the Customer is informed.
- No Offer substitution is made without the Customer’s express consent.
7. Order and formation of the contract
The Customer selects a Plan, checks the product page and cart information, provides the details requested for the order and delivery, reads these Terms, checks the order summary showing the total price, clicks the button carrying an obligation to pay, and pays using the payment solution offered.
The order becomes final after payment authorisation and Advanced SIM’s email order confirmation. This confirmation sets out, on a durable medium, the essential contractual information, applicable Terms, any consents collected and support arrangements.
Advanced SIM may refuse, suspend or cancel an order before delivery in the event of fraud or reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorised payment, manifestly inaccurate information, breach of these Terms, a legal, regulatory or compliance constraint, or confirmed unavailability of the Offer. The Customer is informed and, where a charge has been made and no service can be provided, refunded through the original payment method, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
8. Prices, invoicing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless another currency is explicitly offered before ordering. Before payment, the Customer sees the total amount payable, including any mandatory charges shown for the transaction. The applicable price is the one shown in the order summary after server-side revalidation.
For any business Offer made by quotation, the currency, amount, offer validity period and payment conditions are stated in the accepted quotation. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout or another payment provider presented to the Customer. Advanced SIM does not have access to full card details. An invoice or proof of payment is sent or made available in accordance with applicable rules and the payment provider’s capabilities. No price is accepted based on information sent by the Customer’s browser.
9. Delivery, activation and validity period
After payment confirmation and security checks, Advanced SIM prepares and then delivers the activation code and instructions. Delivery generally takes place electronically to the email address provided or in the Customer’s secure account area where available.
If delivery depends on a Provider operation or security checks, Advanced SIM will honestly inform the Customer that delivery is being prepared. A reasonable technical delay does not mean the order is missing or cancelled.
The Customer must preserve the confidentiality of the activation code. Once it has been delivered to the address or secure area provided by the Customer, the Customer bears the consequences of access by a third party resulting from compromise of their email, device or credentials, without prejudice to Advanced SIM’s security obligations.
- The validity period and its starting point are those provided by the Provider; it may start upon installation, first connection to a covered network, a predefined date or any other rule stated before ordering.
- An expired, exhausted, deactivated or terminated Plan can be extended, topped up or refunded only where the product page provides for this or where required by law.
10. Use of Offers and legitimate restrictions
The Customer uses the Plan in accordance with the law, these Terms, the product page and the Provider’s reasonable technical rules. Tethering is allowed only where it is expressly indicated on the product page or communicated by the Provider. Otherwise, Advanced SIM does not guarantee its availability or operation.
The Customer remains solely responsible for their use of the internet, content consulted or transmitted, and compliance of their conduct with the laws of the country in which they are located.
- reselling, commercially transferring, renting or sharing the activation code or Plan, except with prior written consent;
- using the Offer for fraudulent, unlawful, malicious purposes or purposes infringing third-party rights;
- circumventing security controls, billing mechanisms, contractual limitations or network-access rules;
- using the Offer for abnormally intensive, automated, traffic-resale, gateway, traffic-termination or network-compromising purposes;
- using the Offer in breach of sanctions, export restrictions, local regulations or applicable identification requirements.
11. Coverage, speed, roaming and service continuity
Coverage, quality, speed, latency, access to certain applications and network availability depend in particular on the area, device, local infrastructure, partner network, congestion, geographic conditions, local-authority policies and the Provider.
Where an Offer provides for the use of several partner networks, the device may prefer an available network according to Provider rules and local capabilities. This does not constitute a promise of permanent availability, minimum speed or coverage of an entire territory.
Interruptions, maintenance, regulatory limitations, third-party network failures or events beyond Advanced SIM’s reasonable control may occur. Advanced SIM endeavours to handle or report them to the Provider promptly, without being able to guarantee absolute continuity.
12. Support, incidents and technical complaints
For any difficulty before, during or after installation, the Customer should contact support at commercial@advanced-sim.com and, without publicly sending the complete activation code, provide the order number, country or zone concerned, device model, operating-system version, date and time of the issue, a description of error messages and, where useful, screenshots stripped of all sensitive data.
Advanced SIM may request information strictly necessary to investigate an incident. The Customer must never publish or disclose to an unauthorised third party their complete QR code, complete manual code, bank details or passwords. Support cannot physically intervene on the Customer’s device, modify settings managed by a local operator, or circumvent restrictions imposed by a manufacturer, network or authority.
13. Cancellation, consumer withdrawal and refunds
Advanced SIM grants consumer Customers at least fourteen (14) calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legally applicable exceptions and more protective rights under mandatory law applicable to the Customer. To exercise this right, the Customer must send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to commercial@advanced-sim.com or use the form in the appendix.
The Customer may request delivery and performance of the Offer before the withdrawal period expires. In that case, Advanced SIM separately collects an express request for immediate performance, acknowledgements required by applicable law according to the legal classification of the Offer, and evidence of those choices in the order confirmation.
Providing a QR code alone, installing an eSIM profile or beginning use does not by itself amount to a general waiver of the right of withdrawal. The consequences of performance starting before the end of the period are assessed under applicable mandatory provisions, particularly for services or digital content.
Where a withdrawal is valid, Advanced SIM refunds amounts due under the conditions and time limits required by applicable law and, failing that, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method unless a different express agreement causes no charge to the Customer.
A refund request made outside the right of withdrawal is assessed case by case. Installation, activation, even partial use, expiry of the Plan, deletion of the profile or incompatibility not reported before purchase may affect eligibility for a goodwill gesture, without limiting the Customer’s legal rights in case of non-conformity or a defect attributable to Advanced SIM.
14. Conformity and statutory guarantees
Advanced SIM is bound by the statutory guarantees applicable to the nature of the Offer and the Customer’s status. Where applicable, rules on conformity of digital content and services apply independently of any commercial warranty.
In the event of non-conformity or unavailability attributable to Advanced SIM, a consumer Customer may seek the remedies provided by law. No provision of these Terms may reduce or exclude mandatory consumer rights.
15. Liability
Advanced SIM is liable for foreseeable direct damage resulting from a breach attributable to it, within the limits permitted by law. Liability cannot be excluded or limited in the event of fraud, gross negligence, bodily injury, breach of a mandatory legal obligation or where prohibited by law.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, Advanced SIM is not liable for device incompatibility or a locked device where prerequisites were stated; lack or deterioration of coverage attributable to a third-party network, local authority, environment or Customer device; indirect losses; or improper, fraudulent or instruction-breaching use by the Customer or a third party to whom they gave access.
For business Customers and to the extent permitted by law, Advanced SIM’s aggregate liability for an order is capped at the total amount actually paid for the Offer concerned in the previous twelve (12) months. This cap does not apply in the cases stated in the first paragraph of this article.
16. Force majeure
Neither Party may be liable for delay or non-performance resulting from a force-majeure event recognised by applicable law, including, where legal conditions are met, natural disasters, conflicts, acts of authority, general infrastructure failures, large-scale cyberattacks, power outages or widespread third-party network failures.
The affected Party informs the other Party as soon as possible. If the impediment continues beyond a reasonable period, each Party may exercise the rights granted to it by applicable law.
17. Customer account area and access security
Where Advanced SIM offers a customer account area, the Customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and must promptly report any unauthorised use to commercial@advanced-sim.com. Advanced SIM may temporarily suspend access in the event of a security risk, fraud or breach of these Terms, informing the Customer where possible and appropriate.
The Customer may request access to documents available in the customer account area, subject to legal retention, security and third-party-rights obligations.
18. Rules for using the Site
The Site and all of its elements — trademarks, texts, visuals, interfaces, databases, software, logos and content — are protected by intellectual-property rights. Without prior written permission, the Customer must not reproduce, represent, adapt, extract, decompile, reuse or exploit all or part of the Site beyond uses necessary for browsing and purchasing the Offers.
Unauthorised access attempts to an area, account, API or infrastructure; disruption of the Site, abusive automated collection, code injection or circumvention of security measures; and any use likely to harm Advanced SIM, its partners or third parties are prohibited.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. Advanced SIM has no control over those services and cannot be responsible for their content, practices or availability.
20. Evidence, archiving and electronic communications
Computer records retained under reasonable security conditions by Advanced SIM, Stripe and the relevant technical providers constitute evidence of orders, payments, consents and exchanges, unless proven otherwise.
The Customer agrees that communications, confirmations and invoices may be sent electronically to the address provided. The Customer must check that address, including junk-mail folders, and retain received documents.
21. Changes to the Terms
Advanced SIM may change these Terms at any time for the future. The applicable version is the one accepted by the Customer when ordering or using the Site. Orders already concluded remain governed by the version accepted on their date, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or an improvement is expressly granted to the Customer.
22. Complaints, amicable settlement and disputes
Any complaint should first be sent to support by email at commercial@advanced-sim.com with details enabling the order to be identified. Advanced SIM endeavours to reply within a reasonable period and propose an appropriate solution.
After a written complaint has remained unresolved, a consumer Customer may seek amicable settlement, contact a competent public body or use another out-of-court resolution mechanism available in their country of residence, where the conditions for that mechanism are met. Where mandatory law applicable to an effectively targeted market requires designation or information about a mediator, out-of-court dispute-resolution entity or another local consumer-protection mechanism, Advanced SIM will provide the required contact details and referral arrangements in the local version of the terms, checkout flow or appropriate pre-contractual information.
For complaints concerning a business operating from Gibraltar, after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with Advanced SIM, the Customer may also contact the Gibraltar Office of Fair Trading — Consumer Protection: consumer.protection@gibraltar.gov.gi, telephone +350 20071700. That body has consumer-protection and enforcement roles; it is not a single mediator for all markets.
These Terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar. This choice does not deprive any consumer Customer of mandatory protection applicable to them. Mandatory territorial-jurisdiction rules protecting consumers remain applicable. For disputes solely between professionals and to the extent permitted by applicable law, express jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Gibraltar.
23. Partial invalidity and non-waiver
If any provision of these Terms is declared void, unlawful or unenforceable, it is deemed unwritten only to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the other provisions. A failure by Advanced SIM to rely on a right on one occasion does not waive its right to rely on it later.
